Filing a copyright complaint
Send a notice to info@rehabcenter.online with the following information:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, including the page URL.
3. Your name, address, email address, and telephone number.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review valid notices and will remove or disable access to material we believe to be infringing. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with similar details.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate access for users who repeatedly post infringing material, where applicable.
